I write exclusively in British English. But if you feel another variety of English would work better for your project then we can work with a proofreader from that market to check it’ll work.
For transcreation projects, I transcreate from Italian to British English. You can brief me in Italian or English and send me Italian resources.
If you need Italian copy too, then I'd be very happy to partner with one of my trusted Italian copywriter friends. -
Every project is different. Some clients need copy written from scratch, others need existing content adapted for English-speaking audiences, and many need a blend of writing, transcreation and editing. Together, we can determine the right approach.

It's always tricky to know how much a copywriting or transcreation project will cost without knowing more about your goals. I’ll invite you to have a quick chat before sharing a detailed proposal including how much your investment will cost. This means you'll have a clear picture of the investment before going ahead with the project.

As with costs, it's can be tricky to know how much a copywriting or transcreation project will cost without knowing the details of your project, how much work is involved and what you're to achieve. Added to that, I can have more or less availability depending on how many existing client projects I'm working on or whether I’ve been booked up in advance.
I'll give you a proposed deadline in my proposal. You can find some approximate timelines for specific packages in my SEO Website, Retainer and Brand Voice pages.
I always recommend getting in touch with me as soon as you know you'll need - projects can sometimes take longer than you might assume. But rest assured that once we agree a deadline, it's set in stone. -

I charge a 50% deposit before work begins, and 50% once I've sent the first full draft to you. Payment terms are 14 days from the date on your invoice. I'll quote you in Sterling or Euro - whichever is more convenient to you. International clients usually prefer to pay me via Wise.

I do use a paid AI tool to support my work and free up more time for strategic thinking. This includes business development and admin, idea generation, analysis, brainstorming alternative wording for sentences, and repurposing content for new platforms. I turn the training data off and never share sensitive information such as email addresses, names or any information not currently available in the public domain.
I don’t generate AI drafts or translate text with AI - I write, translate, check and edit every word of the final copy myself. You can opt for no AI involvement before signing the contract if this is important to you.That said, we need to be mindful of AI’s limitations and not use it to replace critical thinking. A robot can’t identify your USP, plan your content strategy, nail the perfect voice for your brand personality or write original, human-sounding copy that resonates with your audience.
