Regroup
Our collaboration begins with a 90-minute briefing workshop. We’ll talk goals, ideal clients, USPs, brand voice and competitors.
Research
Research is essential for your copy and content to do its job. I’ll review your competitors, testimonials and can even interview your best customers.
It’s also the time for SEO keyword research and mapping if you need it.
React
I’ll get to work creating the copy to your brief.
Reveal
You’ll receive the first draft of your copy on our agreed deadline. For the most creative elements such as taglines or headlines, expect three different options along with commentary.
Refine
You’ll send me your feedback. Don’t hold back! The more clear, actionable feedback, the better the result. You’ll get two rounds of amends and once you give the green light, we’ll proofread the copy to catch any pesky typos.

Yes! I can optimise texts with keywords you or your SEO consultant has identified. Alternatively, I can carry out keyword research using industry tools and work with you to identify the optimal keywords for your website.

Two rounds of revisions are included so we can perfect the copy together. If you need further edits after that, we can agree on a fee for additional changes.

I can indeed, and have edited many texts in the past, especially those written by non-native speakers. We’ll still follow the same process to ensure your final texts meet your objectives.
