Can you optimise my texts for SEO?
Yes! I can carry out basic keyword research using industry tools and work with you to identify the optimal keywords for your website, before writing the copy to align with SEO best practices.
For advanced SEO strategy or highly competitive niches, I recommend collaborating with a technical SEO specialist. I can refer you to a trusted colleague if needed. They will be able to help you with deeper competitor analysis, backlink strategy, and technical audits.
What if I don’t like the copy?
Two rounds of revisions are included so we can perfect the copy together. If you need further edits after that, we can agree on a fee for additional changes.
Can you edit a text that's already written?
I can indeed, and have edited many texts in the past, especially those written by non-native speakers. We’ll still follow the same process to ensure your final texts meet your objectives.
How long does copywriting take?
I’ll propose a realistic deadline based on the time, scale, objectives and my availability. To give an idea, a simple website project typically takes 4-6 weeks.
How much does copywriting cost?
I’ll quote you a project fee so you have a clear picture of the investment before going ahead with the project.
I price each project according to a number of factors, including time, value and objectives.

Do you use AI in your workflow?
For certain tasks, and in skilled hands, large language models (LLMs) can be very helpful. I integrate AI into some of my workflows, including: business development and admin, idea generation, analysis, line editing and repurposing content for new platforms. I use a paid tool and do not allow it to train the AI models and never share sensitive information. I write, check and edit every word of the final copy myself. You can opt for no AI involvement before signing the contract.
That said, we need to be mindful of AI’s limitations and not use it to replace critical thinking. A robot can’t identify your USP, plan your content strategy, nail the perfect voice for your brand personality or write original, human-sounding copy that resonates with your audience.
And let’s be honest: LLMs are famous for making stuff up. When ChatGPT first came out, I experimented with using it to research and write a blogpost about beauty marketing fails. It looked great. At first glance. But when I dug into it, I realised all the compelling case studies were completely fabricated. Lesson learned.
More concerningly, AI has been shown to perpetuate racial and gender biases, greenwashes and consumes a huge amount of energy and water.
